Water extraction service in Orange County
Extraction is the removal of the water itself. It is the first step, and on its own it does not dry a house.

Extraction and drying are two different jobs
A shop vacuum can pull standing water off a floor. What it cannot do is remove the water that has already moved into the wall cavity, under the flooring and into the framing — and that is the water that causes the expensive damage.
Professional extraction uses truck-mounted or portable units that pull water out of carpet, pad and porous materials rather than just off the surface. Weighted extraction tools press the water out of padding instead of skimming over it.
What follows extraction
Once standing water is out, moisture is mapped with meters and thermal imaging to find where it travelled. Air movers and dehumidifiers then dry the structure itself, and readings are logged until materials reach a dry standard.
A floor that feels dry underfoot is not the same as a structure that is dry. The documentation of that difference is also what carriers look for.
If water is in the home right now, make the call before anything else. Everything on this page keeps; drying does not.
